I'm Beth (she/her), a registered counsellor and therapist, committed to supporting adults in leading more meaningful, fulfilling, and values-orientated lives.

I offer online counselling, including individual therapy, couples counselling, single session therapy, and EAP services.

I also facilitate regular online Therapeutic Doodling workshops, supporting reflection and nervous system regulation.

Couples Counselling —Online
Supporting couples to improve communication, navigate challenges, and strengthen their relationship. Whether you’re facing conflict, wanting to rebuild trust, or wishing to deepen your connection, sessions provide a safe and supportive space to work together.
Single Session Therapy — Online
A focused, one-off appointment designed to give you support for a particular concern. In this session, we work together to explore what matters most to you right now and identify practical steps you can take moving forward.
This approach is useful if you’re looking for clarity around a specific issue, or want to try counselling without ongoing commitment.
EAP Services — Online
EAP services are available to small and medium organisations looking for flexible, tailored support for their employees. These confidential online sessions support people with both personal and work-related concerns, helping them manage stress, improve wellbeing, and feel more supported in their daily lives.
